Do I need any prior knowledge of the language?
No. Every language starts from A1 or a beginner-equivalent level, built for complete beginners.

How do I know which level to start at?
If you’ve never studied the language, start at A1 (or the equivalent starting level for Japanese/Arabic/IELTS). If you’ve studied before, we can assess and place you at the right level.

Should I pick a single level or a bundled path?
A single level works if you just want to test the waters or only need one level for now. A bundled path (Starter, Fluency, or Mastery) costs less overall and keeps your momentum going without re-enrolling each time.

Can I switch languages after I start?
No. Once you enrol in a language, you stay with that language for the course.

Is IELTS preparation different from the other language courses?
Yes. IELTS isn’t a language, it’s an exam preparation course, focused specifically on the four IELTS modules, not general fluency.
