The rules that apply once you enquire, enroll, or attend a course with us.

Welcome to Esquare Infotech Academy. These terms apply when you enquire about, enroll in, or attend any of our courses. Please read them before you join.

1. Who We Are

Esquare Infotech Academy is run by Esquare Infotech, based in Kharghar Sector 8, Navi Mumbai. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Courses

  • Courses run in-person at our Kharghar centre, or online by video call
  • You choose the mode at admission. Once confirmed, the mode can’t be changed for that batch
  • Batch size is small, usually 5 to 8 students per cohort
  • Course duration, hours, and fees are listed on each course page
  • We reserve the right to change trainers or schedules if needed, without reducing the overall value of the course

3. Enrolment Process

  • Enrolment starts with an enquiry, followed by a qualifying call to check fit
  • A seat is confirmed only after the admission form is submitted and payment is made
  • We may decline enrolment at our discretion, for example if a batch is full or the course isn’t a good fit for your goals

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees can be paid in full or in instalments, as listed on the course page
  • Payments are processed through Razorpay
  • A missed instalment attracts a 5% late fee on the due amount
  • We may pause your access if instalments remain unpaid

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancel before your batch starts: full refund, 100% of fees paid
  • Cancel after your batch starts: no refund
  • We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to your own absence

6. Attendance and Conduct

  • Regular attendance is expected, since sessions build on each other
  • We expect respectful behaviour toward trainers and fellow students
  • We may remove a student from a batch for serious misconduct, without a refund

7. Certificates

  • Certificates are included with course fees, where applicable
  • Certificates are issued only after you complete the required attendance and coursework

8. Client Work and Confidentiality

  • Some courses involve live client work as part of training
  • Any client information you access during training is confidential. You must not share, copy, or use it outside the course

9. Intellectual Property

  • Course materials, including slides, documents, templates, and recordings (if any), belong to Esquare Infotech Academy
  • These materials are for your personal learning only
  • You may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, or share course materials in any form, with anyone, at any time, including after you complete the course
  • Any unauthorized use may result in legal action

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We aim to deliver quality training, but we don’t guarantee specific job outcomes, salary, or business results from any course
  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your enrolment

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated date.
